During Take-Two’s financial conference call for the fiscal year ended on March 31st, President Karl Slatoff talked about the game’s plans for E3 2018.
To be more precise, he talked about Take-two’s lack of plans for E3, at least for what concerns new games. Slatoff confirmed that the publisher, which includes 2K Games and Rockstar Games, isn’t planning to show any new games at the show in Los Angeles.
This comes just after the company revealed that a “highly-anticipated title from one of 2K’s biggest franchises” has been delayed to fiscal year 2020, which means between April 1st, 2019 and March 31st, 2020. While no official confirmation has come from Take-Two, this game is widely believed to be Borderlands 3. Whether this is accurate or not, it’s unknown whether the company planned to reveal the game at E3 prior to the delay or not.
